Refund Policy

Purchases of subscriptions on RapidDM are final. Refunds are not provided unless at our sole discretion under exceptional circumstances. You acknowledge that automated DM services may not always meet expectations due to inherent limitations of the Instagram platform and API changes.

Termination

• We act solely as a facilitator for Instagram DM automation, with payment processing handled by our authorized payment partner, Razorpay
• Any disputes regarding payments should be primarily addressed through our payment processor's designated channels
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service without prior notice

Limitation of Liability

RapidDM uses Instagram's API to automate DM responses. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with Instagram's terms of service and applicable laws in your jurisdiction. RapidDM assumes no liability for automated communications, damages, or losses. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for our service.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," with no warranties of any kind. RapidDM disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. In the event of disputes, we encourage users to contact us directly for resolution before seeking legal recourse.

Relationship Between Parties

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and RapidDM as a result of your use of these services. You agree not to hold yourself out as a representative, agent, or employee of RapidDM. You agree that RapidDM will not be liable by reason of any representation, act, or omission to act by you.
